Shipping Charges

Shipping charges shown on your order are an estimate. When placing an order through the shopping cart, you will be charged the rough estimate. After your order is packed, a partial refund will be issued if the actual shipping is less. The estimate is based on dollar value of the order. The estimate is based on the worst case scenario,which is usually larger blocks over 13 inches long. We have over a dozen USPS package sizes with a wide range of rate schedules. There are simply too many variations in product sizes and shipping rates for the shopping cart to accurately calculate.

We strive to provide the cheapest shipping possible. We primarily ship U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Unless otherwise requested, we will choose a shipping method that best fits your order. Due to the differences in weight, length, and zones of every order, the exact shipping cost is not known until your order is packed. See guidelines below for more

Where We Ship

We ship to the Continental U.S.A., Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We also ship to all countries that have USPS Global Priority Mail service, as well as APO/FPO US military addresses.

International Shipping Rate Guidelines

Shipping charges for international orders will be determined on an order-by-order basis. We will strive to provide the cheapest shipping possible including providing you with ways to decrease shipping costs. We ship international orders by U.S. Postal Service (USPS) only. Updated 2/28/2013.

Shipping Schedule

We try to ship standard off the shelf orders within 2 days of receipt of payment (except Sundays and Postal Holidays). Please allow 4 to 5 days for shipment of Dymondwood larger than pen blanks. Larger stock is often cut to order.

Tax

We are required to charge county specific sales tax to orders shipped to a Wisconsin address.
